Service Description
This is a structured, one-to-one coaching program designed to help you build a secure sense of self — and change how you show up in your relationships because of it. Over twelve weeks, we examine: How your identity was shaped, how early roles followed you into adulthood, and how that identity influences the way you think, decide, and relate — because how you see yourself shapes how you show up with others. How emotional responses influence decision making, and the roles you take on in dating, friendships, family, and professional relationships. How self-trust erodes — and how it’s rebuilt. How standards are formed — and how they’re upheld consistently in real world situations. Each week we go beneath surface reactions and into the architecture of how you operate — so your growth is deliberate, not accidental. Between sessions, you’ll integrate what you’re learning through intentional reflection and application — because insight alone doesn’t create change. Application does. Who This Is For This program is for thoughtful, capable women who are ready to: •Gain a deeper understanding of who they are and why they do what they do •Strengthen self-trust and decision-making •Improve the relationship they have with themselves and others •Define their standards and uphold them consistently What’s Included •12 private 60-minute coaching sessions (one per week) •Weekly integration assignments to deepen understanding and implementation •Post-session written notes for independent reflection •Light text support between sessions for quick clarification, reflection, or to share a win •Access to all available workbooks, worksheets, and guides at no additional cost •A personalized closing recap outlining your growth across 12 weeks •A formal written forward plan to support continued development after the program concludes By the end of this program, you won’t just feel different.
